 Hi Wooshin,

     I checked the log and it seems system is out of memory during playback position changed.
We will report it to Synaptics for further analysis and get back to you the status.

    Please help to report this issue to Synaptics' JIRA and the have to track it as well.

Hi Wooshin,

Is it easy to reproduce this issue?
I fixed the resolution at 2160p, and seek forward and backward more than 10 times, I can not reproduce it.

After fast forwarding/rewinding the video,, I can see the following log, but the video is still smooth.

I don't change anything.
I have tested it on 19.532.8 more than 50 times with the same video. I can not reproduce it.

Hi Wooshin,

No, Synaptics asked us to check if this issue occurred on EVK board.
I have verified it this morning. This issue also occurred on EVK board.

 Hi Wooshin,

Synaptics has adjust the memory layout. Their improvement is as follows
For YouTube free content (speed up the recovery time when fast-forward/rewind free content)
For YouTube Paid content (Fixed video stuck issue when fast-forwarding/rewinding paid content)

It looks like Synaptics engineer can not confirm if there are any side effects on SKB function. so we need your help to test it (UI behavior/Live/VOD)

Hi Wooshin,

I attached the test image including Synaptics improvement (adjusted secure memory to 480M)
